Trail building at Green Hill Park on National Trail Day
Saturday June 7th at 9 am for National Trails Day, we will be building a new trail in the woods at Green Hill Park. We would like a huge turnout. We plan to have lunch, snacks and T-Shirts. We will be there until around 5pm so if you can't work the whole day, come for part of the day. Reply to bbatteiger@cox.net if you think you can help out.
To reach Green Hill Park, take exit 137 from I-81. Go toward Salem and turn right onto West Main Street at the light. Go to the 3rd light and turn left onto Diuguids Lane. Cross the river and then turn right into Green Hill Park. Bear right at the fork and continue to the back parking lot beyond the ball fields. Assemble near the picnic shelter.
